These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuestHouse platform, including the website, applications, parent dashboards, child profiles, quests, learning tools, AI features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by KF Sports LLC (“QuestHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, clicking “I Agree,” or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy as of the date and time of your acceptance (the “Acceptance Date”). Your Acceptance Date will be recorded with your account. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

QuestHouse is a family platform that helps parents organize learning, chores, routines, practice, and related activities into quests. Parents create and manage child profiles, assign or approve activities, review progress, and control rewards. Certain features use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, gap analyses, or plans. All AI outputs are suggestions only; parents remain in control of what is assigned or approved.

The Service is designed for parent-managed child profiles. We do not require email addresses or direct online accounts for children under 13.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child for whom you create a profile, or that you have authority to create the profile.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone you allow to access it. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Child profiles are managed solely by the parent account and do not have independent login credentials.

3. Parent Responsibilities and Children’s Use

You are solely responsible for supervising your children’s use of the Service and for all decisions about learning activities, rewards, and data. The Service is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, or developmental advice.

You agree not to allow a child to create an independent account or to submit personal information in a way that would cause us to collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Upload or transmit content that is harmful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others

Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other families

Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of it

Use the Service to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models on other users’ data

Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a child

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service (including quest descriptions, notes, and child profile information). You grant QuestHouse a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your family, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit. We do not claim ownership of your family’s data.

6. AI Features

Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, assessments, plans, or analyses. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs for any particular child or educational purpose.

7. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Parent AI Connector is governed by the additional terms in the Addendum below and by the Privacy Policy Addendum referenced therein.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

QuestHouse and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUESTHOUSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR SUGGESTIONS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUESTHOUSE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL QUESTHOUSE’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUESTHOUSE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version in effect on your original Acceptance Date, and any later version you accept, will be recorded with your account.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Addendum, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuestHouse regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

Addendum: Parent AI Connector

This Addendum forms part of the QuestHouse Terms of Service and applies when you connect your QuestHouse parent account to an AI assistant through the QuestHouse Parent AI Connector (the “Connector”).

By connecting the Connector, you also accept this Addendum and the QuestHouse Parent AI Connector Privacy Policy Addendum as of the date and time of connection.

1. Description. The Connector provides four read-only tools (progress summary, gap analysis, next-quest suggestions, and list_children) that return limited information about your child’s activity only in response to a request you initiate. The AI assistant cannot create, approve, or modify data inside QuestHouse through the Connector.

list_children: lists the first names of the children in your own family.

2. Eligibility. You must be the parent or legal guardian associated with the QuestHouse account. The Connector is for parent use only.

3. Data and Restrictions. Use of the Connector is subject to the Privacy Policy Addendum. We do not sell or rent information returned by the Connector, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. You may disconnect the Connector at any time.

4. Incorporation. All other provisions of the QuestHouse Terms of Service apply to the Connector. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the main Terms regarding the Connector, this Addendum controls.

Store account ID, Acceptance Date/time (UTC), Terms version, Addendum version (if connected), and a session identifier.
