QuestHouse Parent AI Connector Addendum
(Online Agreement)

This Addendum is an online agreement that supplements the QuestHouse Privacy Policy. It applies when you, as a parent or legal guardian, connect your QuestHouse family account to an AI assistant (including Grok Bot, Cursor, or other MCP-compatible clients) through the QuestHouse Parent AI Connector (the “Connector”).
By clicking “I Agree,” “Connect,” or any similar acceptance button, or by completing the connection process, you accept this Addendum as of the date and time of your acceptance (the “Acceptance Date”). Your Acceptance Date will be recorded with your account.
1. What the Connector Does
The Connector lets you pull limited information about your child’s learning activity from QuestHouse into an AI assistant you have chosen. It is for parent use only.
The Connector currently provides four read-only tools:
Progress summary (recent quests, points, pending approvals, and readiness indicators)
Gap analysis (prioritized learning gaps with severity and suggested quest types)
Next-quest suggestions (2–4 concrete, parent-approvable activities)
list_children: lists the first names of the children in your own family.
The AI assistant cannot create, approve, or change data inside QuestHouse through the Connector. Any such actions require a separate step by you inside the QuestHouse application.
2. Information That May Be Disclosed
When you use the Connector, the following categories of information tied to your child’s managed profile may be returned to the AI assistant you connected:
Child’s first name or the label you assigned
Quest completion status, points, and pending parent approvals
Readiness or assessment scores
Identified learning gaps and suggested quest types
High-level subject or skill area information
We do not return unrestricted free-text notes or chat history through the Connector. Information is disclosed only in response to a request you initiate through your authenticated connection.
3. Your Control and Consent
You must authenticate with your QuestHouse parent account to connect the Connector.
You may disconnect the Connector at any time in your account settings. After disconnection, no further information will be returned.
You choose which AI assistant receives the information.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer the information returned by the Connector for advertising or any purpose other than fulfilling the specific request you made.
We do not use Connector data or related logs to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
If you do not want information about your child’s activity available to an AI assistant, do not connect the Connector.
4. Children’s Privacy
QuestHouse uses parent-managed child profiles. We do not require email addresses or other direct contact information from children under 13.
The Connector is intended for use only by the authenticated parent or legal guardian. Do not allow a child to interact with the connected AI assistant in a way that causes personal information about the child to be entered or requested. You may review, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your child’s profile through your QuestHouse account or by contacting us.
5. Retention
Information returned through the Connector is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to complete the request you initiated.
Audit logs of Connector activity (limited to parent account identifier, tool name, timestamp, and success or failure status) are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then automatically deleted. We do not store full child activity payloads in long-term logs.
You may request deletion of Connector-related logs associated with your account by contacting us.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information transmitted through the Connector, including encryption in transit and access limited to authenticated parent sessions.
7. Third-Party AI Assistants
The AI assistant and its provider receive the limited information described above solely to fulfill your request. Their handling of the information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Our Connector design and terms prohibit use of the information for model training.
This Addendum and the QuestHouse Privacy Policy are made available in connection with any Marketplace listing of the Connector.
8. Contact and Your Rights
You may disconnect the Connector, request access to or deletion of Connector-related information, or ask questions by contacting us at info@questhouse.ai or writing to 24 Veterans Square, Media, PA 19063.
9. Changes
We may update this Addendum. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the QuestHouse application or by email. Continued use of the Connector after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Addendum. The version in effect on your original Acceptance Date, and any later version you accept, will be recorded with your account.
By accepting this Addendum on the Acceptance Date, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child profiles in your QuestHouse account and that you authorize the limited disclosures described above.
Acceptance record (for your systems):
Store the user’s account ID, Acceptance Date/time (UTC), Addendum version (1.0), and IP address or equivalent session identifier with the connection event.
